Once the Purchase Order has been sent, the quote is designated as a job. This screen shows where you receive the goods.
Click on the "Receive" button and then mark off the items received:
Clicking on the red crosses in each row marks the corresponding items as received. Once all the items have been received, you can make a booking to do the installation (see Creating a booking).
